Personal Bio

After finishing my degree in strength and condoning I moved into one to one training for sport specific clients. I have worked with Tennis, Golf and weightlifting athletes to help them be stronger in their set fields.

I focus on training blocks rather than individual sessions and check up on clients throughout the week. I think it is important to have a good friendship with all clients so they feel comfortable in training settings.
