I run group exercise classes that target fat loss and muscle gain as well as sports specific strength and fitness.
I’ve been a fitness coach since 2012 and am opening a new studio based at Stroud Rugby club.
I have previously worked with a range of people with a wide range of abilities all with different goals with my timetabled classes including 30 minute Beginners-Only classes for those with no experience to help get them into fitness whilst increasing confidence and knowledge or technique to help continuous progress for clients
All classes are adjusted to those in the room and are run with maximum of 12 people to ensure all participants get both the motivation of training with others whilst still getting the necessary and appropriate one-to-one coaching.
